The Mathematics and Applications Colloquium is hosted by the  Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences (AMCS) program.  The Colloquium talks will be presented by scientists from all over the world (including KAUST) on forefront research topics related to mathematics and its applications, and will be accessible to general audience from the AMCS program (see an interesting ams.org article:  How to Give a Good Colloquium). The Colloquium will also provide opportunities for social interactions and academic collaborations among KAUST members and visitors, who are all welcome to attend.

The Colloquium will be held from 3:30 pm--5:00 pm Tuesdays, with coffee and snacks served during 3:30 pm--4:00 pm and talk presented during 4:00 pm--5:00 pm.
